Human C1 Esterase Inhibitor (C1-INH) in subjects with congenital C1-INH deficiency and acute abdominal or facial HAE attacks
Study Purpose
The purpose of this study is to show that C1-INH concentrate (an investigational product) shortens the time to onset of relief of symptoms of abdominal or facial HAE attacks compared to placebo.
You may participate in this study if you:
- Have a diagnosis of hereditary C1-INH deficiency
- Have a documented history of facial or abdominal attacks
- Are 6 years of age or older
